In her approach to working with clients, Jess will prioritize honesty, openness, and building trusting relationships. Drawing on her creative background in floristry, Jess will bring a unique perspective to problem-solving and strive to maintain a calm demeanor even in challenging situations.

One of the best pieces of advice Jess has received is to never forget to stop and appreciate how far you’ve come.

Outside of work, jess finds joy in outdoor activities, running, and exploring the Bellarine region. She loves discovering new cafes and restaurants, enjoying a good book, and spending quality time with friends and family.
